JKB Third Grade
JKB has a six day rotation for specials: two days of Physical Education, Music, Art, and Tech and Library The grade level is divided into 6 equal groups: A, B, C, D, E, F. We have created a calendar to help keep track of what special your child has each day. Students will get their specials group letter on the first day of school.
For example, August 7th is rotation 1. Group C goes to Art on rotation 1.

CLASS CALENDAR
Hard copies of the calendars will be in student folders.
Every Monday is House Color day. All students are in a "house." We have red, blue, green, purple and orange. Once you join our class dojo you will see your student's house color. If you have a returning student their house color will remain the same. We will get new shirts this year, but feel free to wear last year's shirt too!
Every Thursday is Coyote Spirit- wear your Anna gear and or purple, black, and white.
The first Wednesday of each month is Military or College and Career Day. Students can wear a college or military shirt.
We will have 2 snacks each day, Students can bring in a dry snack daily to eat at this time. Please send students in with refillable water bottles daily.

We have colored tags for backpacks:
Red-bus tag (call transportation to get bus #) New bus tags are coming in September.
Blue-car line (reach out if you need your family #.) This will be on their student tag and needs to be in the pick up car as well. If your student is returning their number stays the same.
White-Daycare (ex. Deep Roots or Mud Pies)
